Simple Software grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to access, read and download one copy of the Content. You understand that this licence grants you limited rights to use the Content for your personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use. No part of any content, form or document may be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical, other than for your personal use (but not for resale or redistribution). 

3. Restrictions on Use

You agree that you will not, nor will you allow others to, directly or indirectly:

4. Maintenance Fee

Your use of Debtor Manager constitutes compliance with the following regulations set forth by Simple Software Corp:

You are subject to pay a monthly maintenance fee for Debtor Manager in the amount of $25.00 per active user per license. For example, if your Debtor Manager license entitles you to 3 users, your monthly maintenance fee will total $75.00. The maintenance fee is to be paid in full the first of every month. Failure to pay this maintenance fee will lead to difficulty in keeping Debtor Manager current and reliable.

Please understand that this maintenance fee allows for us to provide you with future releases of Debtor Manager, which consists of new features and bug fixes.

This maintenance fee also grants you the privilege of receiving professional assistance from our technical support team.

5. Limitation of Liability

Simple Software is not responsible in any manner for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages howsoever caused arising out of the use of this web site.

This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of information on this web site. All responsibility or liability for any damages caused by viruses contained within the electronic file containing the form or document is disclaimed.

6. No Warranty

While Simple Software makes every effort to keep the content on the site as current as possible, no representations, warranties or conditions are given (either express or implied) that the web site will be error free or completely accurate at all times. Simple Software may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information at any time without notice. All claims or issues regarding this web site shall be governed according to the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of laws principles.

The parties confirm that it is their wish that this Agreement as well as all other documents relating to this Agreement, including notices, be drawn up in English only.
